A culinary battle brews at Pullman Cairns International. Led by the delectably evil Lord Chef Simon, the Dark Side kitchen team has unleashed a high tea of galactic proportions, filled with decadent treats from the far reaches of space. But hope remains—a light shines in the pastry kitchen, where Chef Jedi Dolphy counters with his own creations, striving to bring balance to the flavours.
